Mark has more than 34 years of experience in an industry barely that old. From 1983 to 1993 he learned the industry from one of the original three solar electric distributors in North America. From 1993 to 2009 he began as employee 002, became a member of the management team and helped to grow SunWize Technologies from a starting point of zero to selling the company to Mitsui for $80 Million in 2006. After three years of Japanese style micromanagement he has worked at leading PV module manufacturers including Trina, Helios and Stion in a VP role in sales, business development and channel development. Most recently Mark served as VP of Strategic Partnerships for Clean Energy Collective, the founder and leader of the fastest growing growth space in the industry, community solar.

Mark is extremely grateful to be able to apply his lifelong passion for enabling as much solar energy use as possible in this new company bearing his name. To him, solar electricity represents a clear and present extension of the American Dream. This is one subject today which unites liberals and conservatives alike as it ignores political posturing or green washing while creating more jobs than any sector in the US today.
